About us
How It Started
AZM Rice International is a grower, miller and exporter of premium basmati and long-grain rice from the fertile heartland of Punjab, Pakistan. We have built our name on careful paddy selection, modern milling and a simple promise: purity and quality are never compromised.
From our own plant we oversee every step — sourcing, husking, steaming or sella processing, polishing, grading, sortex sorting and packaging — so distributors and retailers receive rice that looks, cooks and smells the way Pakistani basmati should.

Paddy Selection
Only high-yield, export-grade paddy from Punjab’s finest growing belts — grain length, aroma and moisture checked before intake.

Cleaning & Drying
Dirt, stones and immature grains are removed. Dryers bring moisture to the right level for clean husking and low breakage.

Husking & Milling
The outer hull is removed with care. Rice is prepared as raw, steam or sella to match market need and cook performance.

Aging & Storage
Controlled storage lets grain settle so aroma deepens and the cook stays fluffy and separate — premium basmati character.

Polishing
Rice is polished for a fine, silky finish that looks premium on the plate and on the supermarket shelf.

Grading
Length and thickness grading separate broken and shrivelled grains so every bag delivers uniform size and appearance.

Colour Sorting
High-accuracy sortex units remove discoloured or damaged kernels — the last purity gate before packing.

AZM Super Kernel Basmati is milled at our Punjab plant from carefully selected paddy. Grains are evaluated for soil origin, length, aroma, colour and moisture before husking, steaming or sella processing and sortex sorting so every bag meets export standards.

From Farm to Table
Rice is a Kharif crop — planted with the monsoon and harvested from September through November. We work with Punjab growers so only sound, aromatic paddy reaches our mill, then carry it through cleaning, milling, sorting and packing until it is ready for your kitchen or warehouse.
